Andrew Nield creates wearable art using recycled and reclaimed materials under his brand Anvil Creations. His style can be described as one of both modernity and antiquity with a hint of steampunk.
In 2014 Andrew took part in the Enliven Eastleigh Project and created unique pieces of statement jewellery using second hand materials sourced from a local Oxfam charity shop. His work was exhibited as part of a town centre trail and later showcased on the catwalk at Eastleigh Designer-Maker and Fashion Fair.
Andrew’s designs won him an award as part of a competition judged by the internationally acclaimed designers Wayne Hemingway MBE and Mia Nisbet.
